Tania has spent the past 15 years helping men, women, and children reach their optimal fitness levels and transform their lifestyles. Her clients benefit from group classes, private training, golf-specific programs, indoor and outdoor boot camps, fitness program design, workshops and lifestyle coaching. Her passion for golf lead her to develop “Golfing for Life”, a year-round system for optimal golf performance. Her top priority is personalization for all clients.
To share her experience with the community, Tania weekly volunteers her fitness services at Halton Women’s Place. An accomplished athlete in her own right Tania is a former Canadian Middleweight Body Building Champion (1997), varsity volley ball player, and 2015 and 2016 Ladies Club Champion at Burlington Golf and Country Club.
She now balances out her busy schedule with her passion for playing golf, and her family. Moreover, this mother of two teenagers, takes pride in knowing she translates her personal experiences and accomplishments, into programs and strategies that lead to optimal fitness for her clients.
