This section guides you through everything you need to get started. You'll learn the program's core philosophy, how to navigate and use the workouts effectively, and why this tailored approach helps women 40+ build lasting strength, mobility, and confidence.

Strength

In this section, you'll find the full-body strength workouts that form the foundation of Thrive Online. These sessions build and maintain lean muscle, support metabolism, strengthen bones, and promote long-term health and independence through consistent, progressive resistance training.

Benchmark Workouts

You'll find the benchmark workouts to track your real progress. Repeat them every 8 weeks, or occasionally in between, to measure how your body adapts through easier weights, more reps, lower effort, and quicker recovery, building strength for healthy aging.

HIIT

In this section, you'll find the short HIIT workouts designed to boost cardiovascular fitness, metabolic health, and energy levels. These joint-friendly sessions complement your strength training, with options to adjust intensity and guidance on repeating them for better adaptation and recovery.

Foundational Movement & Mobility

In this section, you'll find the stretch and mobility workouts to support movement and recovery. These routines focus on joint mobility, flexibility, core engagement, and pain-free movement, all essential as you age. Use them weekly or daily alongside strength training.
